A Bagel Update

Well, I tried my hand at the whole wheat bagels again this weekend, and the results are so much more aesthetically pleasing than last time that I can’t help but share a new photo. Once I got the hang of shaping the bagels, they started looking so much better. I also sprinkled the seeds on the just-boiled bagels this time, instead of dipping them. Less wasted seeds and a much prettier batch of bagels.
